1 Acceptance and Scope of Application

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdkt1 platform and all related services. By accessing the platform through the bdkt1 website, mobile version, or any other channel, these Terms will automatically apply to you.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, as all these documents together form the complete agreement between us and you.

• bdkt1 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

A valid personal account is required to use the full services of bdkt1. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Each person is permitted to hold only one account.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify bdkt1 immediately. Providing false or incomplete information will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

2.3 Password and Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, please notify our support team immediately.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use the bdkt1 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Online gaming or betting is not legally prohibited in the country from which you are accessing the platform.
• Your account is not held by any bdkt1 employee, director, or member of their family.
• You will not use the platform through software bots, automated methods, or manipulative means.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Rules

The approved payment methods for depositing funds at bdkt1 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name — use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account verification has been completed. All withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not currently available.

4.4 Transaction Verification

For unusual or suspicious transactions, bdkt1 may request additional documents for verification purposes. The relevant withdrawal may be held until this process is completed.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at bdkt1, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,200 bonus — giving you a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, bets totalling ৳24,000 must be placed before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• One welcome bonus may be claimed per account.
• Not all games may contribute equally when wagering with a bonus.
• bdkt1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bdkt1 may cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
• Each bonus may have a separate expiry period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

All games offered on bdkt1 are operated according to their own rules. It is your responsibility to read the relevant game rules carefully before starting a game. If a technical error occurs in a game result, bdkt1 reserves the right to cancel that round.

6.2 Sports Betting

All odds offered in sports betting may change over time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. bdkt1 may set a maximum limit on any bet.

6.3 Technical Issues

bdkt1 is not responsible for losses caused by loss of internet connection, device issues, or other technical reasons on your end. However, if an issue arises due to bdkt1's servers, the relevant bet will be reviewed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdkt1 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods.
• Use of bots, automated software, or manipulative techniques.
• Collusive betting or collusion with other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to bdkt1's systems.
• Registering under a false identity or forging verification documents.

If any of the above violations are detected, bdkt1 may immediately close the relevant account, confiscate the balance, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

bdkt1 uses SSL encryption and modern security measures to keep your personal information secure. Details on how your information is collected, stored, and used are provided on our Privacy Policy page.

Information provided at registration will be used only for service improvement, identity verification, and legal requirements. Information is not sold to third parties.

9 Responsible Gaming

Game software is the intellectual property of the respective provider companies and is operated under their own licensing agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

bdkt1 strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, bdkt1 is not liable in the following cases:

• Technical failures by third parties or network issues.
• Losses caused by your own device or internet connection.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government orders, etc.
• Losses arising from your account login details falling into the hands of another person.

bdkt1's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Closure by You

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. You should withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by bdkt1

13 Changes to Terms

bdkt1 may update or change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms.
